SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif., October 02, 2001 Antrim Design Systems today announced the appointment of two senior semiconductor industry executives to its management team to solidify its leadership position in mixed-signal solutions. Len Hills, formerly director of corporate marketing and business development at Analog Devices, joins Antrim as vice president of marketing. Mark M. Brown joins as vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) from Telcom Semiconductor, where he held the same position.

About the Executives
Len Hills joins Antrim as vice president of marketing with over 20 years of industry experience in marketing management and industry analysis. In addition to his experience with Analog Devices, he provided executive consulting to major electronic manufacturers as founder of Competitive Strategies. Prior to that, he was a principal analyst with Dataquest covering the semiconductor market and his background includes business planning and engineering with Intel Corporation. Mr. Hills holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University.
Mr. Brown joins Antrim as vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Brown's 25 years of financial experience includes CFO positions at both Telcom Semiconductor and Mainstreet Networks. At Tandem Computers, Mr. Brown held the position of director of finance. He has held senior management positions at the big five accounting firms. Mr. Brown holds a BBA in accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
